How do I place an order?

How can I pay for my order?

Please note:
For our protection, orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds clear (delivery will be 5-7 working days).

Please do not send cash with your order.

How much does it cost?

A Standard Delivery charge £10 + VAT is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses.

Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.

Certain low cost items will be dispatched via Royal Mail and delivery charges will be reduced accordingly for reasons of viability. Such orders can take up to 2 working days for delivery. Method of delivery will be e-mailed to you on dispatch.

How long does it take?

Items ordered before 3.30 pm on any working day will be delivered next working day, anytime up to 5.30pm. (assuming that the item is in stock).

Orders taken on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Where an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with the details of delivery time and confirm your wish to proceed with or amend the order.
You may cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch. Overseas orders are usually sent by Royal Mail to keep the cost of delivery down.
Delivery times can be from 3 - 60 days depending on the arrangements we make with you for the delivery.

Who do we use?

Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by DHL. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by DHL with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give DHL your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.

What if there is a problem with the delivery?

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it, then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 01925 414028. We will contact DHL or Parcel Force and call you back to let you know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 01925 414028 or e-mail: sales@simpleuk.com within 7 days of delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled/amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch.

Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent but within 7 days of date of delivery, you may return the order for a full refund less carriage costs. See refunds section below for details.

We do not charge a cancellation or re-stocking fee.

As our orders are usually processed and dispatched within a few hours of receipt, we strongly recommend cancellation/amendment notice is given by calling us on 01925 414028 Mon-Fri 10.00am - 4.00pm or as soon as possible.

Please give as much information as possible when notifying by e-mail, e.g. order number, name & address and a contact telephone number should we need to contact you.
